Sign up for Spring 2024 Season now open.

There is a $25 early registration discount (T-Ball to Major 12U only) if you sign up before the end of 2023.
For 13U thru 16U, you will be playing on a Team in Lake Elsinore LL.

1-Birth Certificate
2-COVID-19 Release Form
3-Medical Release Form Spanish Version
4-Concussion Form
5-Proof of Residency OR School Enrolment Form
6-Form-Release-and-Waiver (Download)

All these Forms will need to be uploaded at the time of registration.

A Paper copy of the Medical Release will be needed to give to team manager.

Refund policy: No refunds will be given after season starts.
